The terms on which an agency or brand may use Gotchu to answer the comments and messages their Pages receive.
Last updated 15 August 2026
Gotchu connects to a Facebook Page you administer, reads the comments and messages it receives, sorts them, and drafts a reply for each one from the approved answers and tone your campaign playbook contains. It keeps an audit trail of everything that happened and reports on it. Gotchu is operated by Enso Intelligence Labs, Inc., a Delaware corporation. By using it you agree to these terms.
This is the core of the product, not a setting. Gotchu drafts; a human being reads the draft and taps approve; only then is anything posted to your Page. There is no autonomous mode, and no configuration that turns approval off.
A second, deterministic check runs before any draft reaches a person: if a draft contains a figure — a price, a fee, a rate, a limit, a timeline — that does not appear in the campaign’s approved answers, the draft is blocked and the item is escalated to a senior reviewer instead. This makes an invented number much harder to publish. It is not a guarantee that an approved reply is correct, and it does not replace the judgement of the person approving it.
The consequence is simple: you are responsible for what you approve. A reply that goes out from your Page is your Page speaking.
You need an invitation to a workspace to sign in. Sign-in links are personal — do not share an account, and tell us at support@gotchu.social if you think someone else has access to yours. You are responsible for what the people you invite do in your workspace, including what they approve.
By connecting a Page you confirm that:
Do not use Gotchu to:
We may suspend a workspace immediately if it is being used this way, or if we are required to by the platform.
Gotchu is early software, offered as it is, with no uptime guarantee and no service level commitment. We may change, add or remove features. Parts of it depend on the platform’s APIs: if the platform changes, rate-limits or withdraws access, the affected parts may stop working through no act of ours. Where we can give notice of a change that affects you, we will.
Your playbooks, your campaigns and the content that comes off your Pages remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service for you: to store that content, send it to the model provider that drafts a reply, and post what you approve. What we store, who else touches it, and for how long is set out in the privacy policy. We do not sell it and we do not train our own models on it.
You can stop at any time: remove Gotchu in your Facebook settings and, if you want the data gone, follow the deletion steps. Export your audit CSVs first — deletion cannot be undone. We may end an account for a breach of these terms, or with reasonable notice if we stop offering the service.
To the extent the law allows: Gotchu is provided without warranties of any kind; we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, or lost business; and we are not liable for the content of a reply that a person in your workspace approved. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death, personal injury, or fraud.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
When these terms change we update the date at the top and email customers before a material change takes effect. Questions: support@gotchu.social.
